I haven't talked to him in a while, we used to chat very occasionally via steam. A few of us must have his phone number from the PW meet up at EGX? (it's on my old phone which is currently charging from empty otherwise I'd ring him now)

Keep the Preysworld name for this old timer  I was joking about the post count and other stuff and as you and Neth have said this would be better to have full control in case of future hiccups with the site. So clean sweep is perfectly fine for me |

Okay, so we've had a little chat and decided to roll with a brand new site for the mean time. If Dave ever gets in touch with us we'll just revert back to using the Preys-World domain, but until then we're going to use a brand new site and fresh database. That means we lose every thread and post though, so I hope people don't mind starting with a totally clean slate? Any suggestions on a name for the new digs? In the end, I don't think it matters too much what the name is. Although, I guess using 'Prey's' might at least capture one or two old members on Google who happen to search for it. Trust me after no sleep for what felt like 36 hours because of choosing a name that wasn't friendly for Google and having to scrap everything and start all over again, we've come to the best solution all round. |

So I dropped Dave a text last night on the number I have for him from the old EGX meet-up, and no response.
I am going to call him on the same number tonight on my way back from work, and see if I can't reach him - like others have said, a little worried for him.
